Purchased tickets several weeks ago and have NOT received my seat assignments. They keep pushing the G Pass availability back, now my tickets will not be available till the 26th. I have never ordered tickets from Groupon before, is this normal? Is anybody else having the same issue? Called several times, can't get a straight answer from anybody...

Looks like you show up and pick up tickets at the event :

Valid only for option purchased.] G-Pass not redeemable with mobile app. Use for admission at LA Coliseum on 4/27 at 6:30pm. Must show valid ID matching name on Groupon. Refundable only on day of purchase. Must purchase together to sit together. Discount reflects Tickmaster's current ticket prices - price may differ on day of event. Doors open 1 hour before event time. Merchant reserves the right to substitute closer seat assignment. For ADA seating, call box office promptly upon receipt of voucher - availability is limited.

I don't believe so, on the same help page it has these notes:

1. Print your G-Pass Groupon, this will be your ticket.

2. Present G-Pass at the venue entrance on the day of the event for admission. Doors open 1 hour before event time.

I just showed this question to one of my staff that uses Groupon all the time.He said Scott's post above is correct.Print and present your G-pass.

The print out is your ticket or tickets.

Spoke w/ another Supervisor, "Internal issue with Groupon", still can't give me a solid answer as to why or when my tickets will be available.

Has anybody else purchased tickets through Groupon for the Coliseum and received their G Pass seat assignments?

I have never bought anything from groupon but check your credit card to see if you have been charge and if yes maybe getting the credit company to reverse the charges if you don't get this settled with groupon.

I am on the phone right now getting the same run around. Mine went for be able to pick up on the 20th to the 26th. Doubt I ever buy though them again.

Ya same dates were posted for my tickets, so I'm not the only one...wonder if it's all tickets thru Groupon for this event?

@Orange Beast, card was charged weeks ago, I'm sure I can get my money back, did not want to hassle finding tickets somewhere else, I know ticketmaster still has them, just trying to save a little

I got cut off while waiting for a supervisor. But Angie (the girl I was talking to at Groupon) assured me that my tickets are already purchased and waiting but that it was LA Coliseum that was not releasing the tickets yet. So I am going to wait until the 26th.

I can understand trying to save a little I have been buying my tickets since the end of Dec for S.D. but keep seeing all these good deals and still have not bought them., but maybe you should send a message to SST and they can post what the procedure is on buying at Groupon, I am sure they are learning too.

Waiting, like everyone else. Hopefully on the 26th all goes well, if not, I'll get tickets somewhere else and deal with Groupon later.

So it sounds like everybody who bought tickets thru Groupon for the Coliseum is still waiting for their tickets.

Weather it's the Coliseum or Groupon’s fault, somebody needs to get the word out to Robby and SST management to fix this quickly.

That's probably several thousands seats in jeopardy of not being filled because of this glitch.

I know the diehards like myself will find other tickets, but the casual fan might just give up…
