Fox broadcast

I'm guessing that Robby did some damage to his right rear brake caliper and it kept giving him trouble all night. T.V. never said why Robby ended up 14 laps down,only that he hit the wall right after the first caution. I wish Fox would realize that 43 cars start the race, not just 6-8.

Mark Martin's car was almost unblemished. I think he did pretty well...

Robby hit the wall twice, the first time AJ Allmendinger got into him exiting turn 2, which knocked his tow out, the crew tried to fix it but ended up making it worse and he hit the wall again. After several pit stops the car was fixed but he was getting some serious heat/fumes in the car which resulted in a few more pit stops. I was at the race and it def. equalled about 14 laps. After they fixed it, he had a pretty fast car, which was frustrating to say the least.

I watched part of a race a couple weeks ago w/ the sound off. It was enjoyable because I didn't hear DW talk up Kyle, Jimmie, Jr or JiffiePop! Larry Mac and Mike Joy do talk up Robby but only on Speed Channel. Best race I ever listened to was when DW had laryngitis! HA! They need to get someone on air who isn't biased (Dale Jarrett comes to mind), giving some of the underdogs some airtime. They have sponsors on their cars too! Thanks Mitchell for posting what happened, I hadn't heard why RG was -14 laps.

exactly. Flip flop it for a second. Lets say Robby is running top 10 at a race, and they break away to cover the 30th place car, folks would be saying " why are they covering "such and such" ,he's 10 laps down " Show the top 10 cars....

thats exactly what i mean...the 55 gets more airtime than any 37th place running car in the history of racing, with the foot cam, driver cam, ect...Don't have to put Robby on air for 10 laps when he's running 30th, but an update in the 4 hour broadcast would be nice

Napa pays for that airtime. Just like Cingular paid to get Robby's car on t.v. all the time in 02-04.
