BRISTOL, Tenn. (AP) NASCAR driver Robby Gordon hangs out of his car prior to on-race activity. NASCAR later fined Gordon for violating section I-A, paragraph 107 of the Official NASCAR Rulebook for Robby Gordon, which reads, 'Robby Gordon shall, at no time, a) hang outside his car b) bite his (or anyone else's) tongue(s) or c) touch his nipple(s).' Gordon was docked 150 points, fined $750,000 and placed on probation until 2013.
