I am guessing TV only speculated that his 'appeal' was to be heard this past Tuesday. RG was giving the road cars a final shakedown this week at Road Atlanta,so maybe the appeal was re-scheduled, etc. If something is announced, we will all find out soon enough.

This tells me that Robby isn't going to appeal it. Robby has said many times that he was going to appeal different penalties before but then never done it.. Last year was the first time he actually followed thru with appealing.

Huh? where do you get that from ? not all appeals get press coverage.
