For the west coast swing, Vegas car is usually the backup for Phoenix & Vice versa.

Not sure why you would think they are out west now??

They are still at the shop in NC. Here is how it goes. After Daytona, the hauler goes back to shop in NC , they unload the Daytona cars , do whatever work they need to do & load up the Phoenix & Vegas cars & head out west.
