4 1/2 sets thats what about $6K in tires. All the same color rims! can you sell them back or is RGM SOL

They can get up to 6 sets (24 tires) per event. So looks like RGM got as many as they could assuming one set is on the car when this picture was taken.

page 86 20-10.8.2 Tire Usage Rules state

l. Each team is responsible for returning all of their assigned tires to Nascar-approved tire supplier before departing from the event.

No mention of a refund.

Last time I watched Teams return tires they were all drilled with about a 1" drill bit to make them unusable. My guess, SOL

I have a #7 Pocono tire from the 2007 race "Race used" with a nice 3/4" hole drilled in the sidewall. The irony is It is brand new. It looks to be from set #6.

I'm thinking full race. Robby has always run good out there. Home race for Basha's. Maybe we'll see them on the QP's.
