Thanks Mike good video of the track, you forgot a few of the big players Ray Elder, Jimmy Insolo, Fred Hay , Sonny Easley and many more, was a good time of my life, young and drinkin free Oly
I was shooting from the hip on the names.Guys that I saw at Monroe for the 500 back in the day.I'm guessing your 70's where like my 80's (I really didn't drink then) Here footage of Harry Jefferson son,Jeff Jefferson (black#42)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZyrDXwqxBKg&feature=youtu.be
mic,I forgot to ask, where you at SIR when Dale Sr. won?
YES When he had his new squeeze in his car sitting and huggin and kissin and the crew doin all the work. As time goes by I forget who's car he was drivin, but he was way way ahead of everyone else. We lost a HUGH Nascar player with his accident and a very nice man.
I know Kansas IS NOT a full race but any chance of a souvenir hauler? I probably know the answer...
