Sorry...it looked a little bigger and thought it was ready to start picking from...my bad! LOL!
Bigzoom, It cost money to ride around in the back. It will cost the team the same amount of money if RG or Bliss drive the full amount in the front, middle or back of the pack. If the money is there then RG will be in the car. If it is not then a S&P is planned. It would make sense to gain as many points as possible and with looking at past stats it sounds like a top 20 could be easy to get by just staying out of trouble. But in the big picture RGM knows staying in the top 35 is probably not realistic, but keeping the lights on and the bills paid is. So you do what you have to do to make that happen. Thus S&P.
Stay in the back and hope for an opening-lap big one (a REALLY big one!). Otherwise, expect about 37th tomorrow. Sucks, but not our money in play...
Agreed, it's an advertising opportunity that should not be missed by a startup business.
You're not even close with those ad pricing fugures. The Super Bowl ads are around 2.5M for a 30sec spot. There are other venues that I'd target to hit the energy drink demographic before I blew my advertising budget on a NASCAR ad.
But if you have no advertising budget, it's not a bad choice.
Agreed in RGM's case, running it on the car is a great opportunity. Creating an ad to run on TV during the race isn't however.
the weather looks like it will hold till late afternoon.should be able to get qualifying in.
go for the pole lead a lap and park it is all we can ask for
Hope it rains till Wednesday..........then maybe we will have a better situation when the rescheduled race is run!
I don't want all those people down there to get screwed out of a race i'm just funnin' BUT
it was only gonna be 16-20 races without additional funding so this is money in the bank
Been off most of this week - who drove the 7 in practice?
