Join in here and discuss all the weekend action for the 2010 Pocono #2 cup race.PJ Jones will drive the #7 Speedfactory Toyota on Sunday. Please note, Robby Gordon will return next week at Watkins Glen. Here is the weekend schedule for RGM at the Pennsylvania track.

FRIDAY , JULY 30th

 Practice          12:00pm - 1:30pm/et   ( 45th Quickest )
 Qualifying         3:30pm - 5:30 pm/et   ( 42nd Quickest )

 Practice            9:00am -  9:45 am/et   ( 43rd Quickest )
 Happy Hour      11:20am - 12:20 pm/et  ( 43rd Quickest )

SUNDAY , AUGUST 1st

 Raceday           1:00 pm/et , greenflag at 1:18 pm/et  ( TV - ESPN )

In the closing comments regarding Robby and the 7 car, the camera showed a motorhome at the track with a banner saying Robby Gordon Motorsports, The o's in Gordon had sad faces. Did this banner belong to anyone on planet robby?

If your going to strat and park, at least use the track time for testing. Try different setups. The track is big enough to stay out of everyones way and why not try some new things to put in the track notes. Robby should be thier doing this, not PJ.
Rob's a racer, and maybe start and park is not his thing but make the most of the track time.

A s&p is what it is. A " save as much money as possible" weekend . They want to put as FEW miles as possible on the motor that will be used in other s&p's this year.

Coffin ,nail for what ? If RG doesnt have sponsorship for certain tracks in 2011, he probably wont go to those events.Hopefully he does make it happen, but I think if he had to miss races in 2011 , Pocono & Martinsville would be 2 of the tracks that would be a given.
